I have no idea why it is that every creature seems to find a place near me? Those minute ones that bite, bite hard and leave scars.

Today the home made slingshot hangs on a plier, all silent, all still, there are no more shots to make this day or any other.

Leaving will seem unreal really. I know every sound from every mouth - beak and they hail me when I walk outside but some just hail me anyway which has become the final straw.

So then the Rooster is (For now) history in my world as it stands.

Alas no. Tis me that is moving away.
But Roosters end is at hand once I am gone. Oddly I've saved these noisy blighters from killer Landlord's hand even though they cause so much trouble.

Let's not forget the hawks he trapped and killed whilst using a baby chicken in a cage using a mantrap. There is evil and there is evil.

24 hours to go now. The new studio is painted and ready, some stuff now in too. Just the Cicadas and Hornets to deal with from now on.
