Hi.I thought it might be a good idea to introduce myself before I talk about my favorite bands.

I am in a band that plays old school rock and blues. I front the band and play blues harp. We're not really serious but we are making some modest money and having fun.

I need to go play with my kids so they don't think I've forgotten them!

Cheers!

Spoonful.

I agree...on both issues. Yesterday my kids were bugging the sh*t out of me for candy...now their bugging the sh*t out of me for hundred dollar bills...how the hell did that happen so quick?

Hi all from across the pond,
Yes even here in Sussex in old England where everything is a bit behind... my daughter at only five years old wants to wear a bra all the time.
Luckily she doesn't like candy much at all, prefering olives and of all things... raw fish! Not all the time though as her tastes change with the wind.
She plays a bit of drums sometimes in my garden studio, but the nice little electric guitar I bought for her she never touches.
If she finds coins in the road she puts them straight into my pocket which is very sweet... but it won't last I am certain!
Cheers guys,
Mark.................

Hell ya man women can grab (and spend ) some cash.
My yougest boy, he's 13 now. When he was a toddler he would get into the fridge all the time. This boy'd reach right over a cookie for a cold grilled chicken leg.

Good to hear from you Mark.
Hope all is well with you n yours.

Hello Sanshouheil,
Don't you find your cookies all go a bit soft kept in the fridge! But that's Americans for you, they have been doing daft things ever since they booted us Brits back across the pond in the war of independence!

Thanks Guys, I am keeping well, and just buying a 1979 Washburn Strat to have a go with.
I have recorded a couple of my new songs this spring, and I am making a little progress on the drums now and then... but my wife left me and lives in town now, so our girl (five years) is with me this week then with the wife next week etc.

Our weather is exceptionally hot just now, and at Wimbledon our boy seems to be whipping plenty of Yankee arse! Which is always good... might be our first Brit male winner since Fred Perry in 1950 or something, the papers say.
Mark............
