I have put together a few people that have done well..oddly enough.
Management is easy. The rest is difficult.
I surmise it's because of my people skills or lack thereof. (when in doubt YELL)
I DO know what sounds good though and it seems painfully obvious how to use certain people in certain applications.
It's ironic in that one may be able to solve others' issues, but not the convex.
