don't know where I'd get custom nipple knobs made but... def could do led nipples. call it the 'sex drive'. I think I just came up with a winner. I'll pay you 1% of my first million as a finders fee gentlemen.

Just cut the nipples off of some baby bottles and use knobs that they will fit snugly over.

Use them on a looper pedal and call it the Mammary Memory Pedal.
