We've discussed some of this before (look up "Online Collaboration" on this forum). Sentient Paradox is setting up a site just for this. Also someone told about Kompoz.com and I went there and checked it out and joined (for free). It's pretty cool but may be too large to keep it personal. They collaborate to accomplish finished products whereas I think it would be fun to just get together and swap ideas, and if a finished product happens, well, that's cool too. I'm in the middle of remodeling my main studio and will be setting my home studio up with leftover equipment, so I'm not quite ready now, but will be soon. My e-mail address is in my profile as are lots of the good musicians on here. If you have any partial songs, put them on here, let us take a listen, and maybe someone will have just what you're looking for to complete it. I look forward to working with others on here soon.

air viking, les stroud as an influence that says a $h1t load bout who and how you are haha, and I'm digging the acoustic bass, fretted isn't it? gotta work on that shreddin though...my acoustic electric fretless isn't too hot yet, longer scale then what I'm used to playing with, and as for collaborating it beats the hell outta me trying to fudge a guitar and drum line only having 4 strings to play with

I play both standup and electric bass. But On my recordings I play and sing everything. I can shred and used to shred. But I stick to the one and three anymore. Im writing pop tunes. But if I do want a good solo... I go after a good guitar player..

Musichead.
I really like "Fatal Scene" I think its a LP 'Included track' but It slightly reminds me of Peter Gabriel in an odd way.

I knew a guy years back who's total philosophy was this type of Pseudo/Rock, had a great female singer. Sadly we never hooked up and got anything down. Liked it.

Thanks.

Chippy.

the les stroud thing is good or bad?
I like the wierdist diversity of music i think...
metal, folk, classical...
maybe thats why im a terrible jazz/funk bassist.

Hi, I just came by for a visit. I have been a member of Indaba music and I am having trouble with my PC. But there is a new contest that I am hoping to be able to download something soon. I have a lot of collaborating oportunities but sometimes my computer freezes or something stupid happens. I do believe that I will have access to present some music downloads from a band I hang with.

Hope all is well with everyone. I am working on a CD that is costing my a small fortune to put together but I think that it will sell very well.

Take Care You Guys,
I"ll be back
