He is the anonymous racing driver on the BBC Car/Comedy show Top Gear.

If you get BBC America it is well worth the hour, it's an absolute riot.

Top Gear is the shyt!
The man is fearless, funny and pretty entertaining. To be honest, if there's one thing I might follow on TV, it's that show.
