General Music Chat

anything with a good sold beat that makes You wanna get up and move around or even sing ( even if You are like Me can't carry a tune if Your life depened on it) is why I play drums, so much variations You can do. only thing I really do not like to play is country. had it shoved down My throat as a kid in My first band @ age 8. to boring for Me I guess. My preference is stuff like Buddy Guy, Johnny Lang, Los Lonely Boys, Eric Clapton, B.B. King, Nirvana,Stone Sour, Hinder,Nickle Back, ...etc.

I really like a wide variety of music. I enjoy listening to to really creative musicians like pianist Tom Barabas, straight ahead rock like AC/DC, great country like Clint Black, and yes a lot of blues greats like Muddy Waters, Buddy Guy, Clapton, Vaughan, Junior Wells, Freddie King, etc. Not meaning to brag but I even enjoy listening to the band I'm in, The Bluefin Tuna Band. Good music is enjoyable no matter what genre. Later...fisherman bob

What music do I like... well, if the band/artist was at Monterey Pop, Woodstock, or any of the original annual Isle of Wight Festivals... there's a very good chance I like them.
