I am in need of selling my '05 Ibanez Artcore to help me upgrade to an SG. Guitar is for sale in the Riverside County, CA area. It is in very good shape, roughly 3.5hrs play time, no buckle wear, frets good, electronics good, a bit dirty but obviously will be cleaned & set-up before sale.

Specs... full hollowbody, set-in mahogany neck w/ rosewood fretboard, two humbuckers, Gibson SG-style control layout, Bigsby-style vibrato. Transculent red finish - AFAIK there are no scratches. I don't have the serial no. on hand now, but by next week (from this posting) I will be able to add it. Tag says 2005 build date.

Email @ every_mn@yahoo.com for more details if necessary, guitar will be for sale in local newspaper and several other sites, may resort to eBay... asking price is $300obo - I can work to fit buyer's needs, but I must mention that I will not accept less than any $275US - similar guitars go for $300-up on eBay quite often. I will try to get some actual pictures tomorrow, but for now this stock photo will have to do, sorry... anyway, yeah, in summary, Ibanez Artcore for sale in Riverside, CA area, $300 negotiable.

Sincerely, D.J. "Jack" Kroll

EDIT: guitar comes with free, like-new TKL hardshell and for an extra 50 bucks I can throw in a Fender Frontman II headphone amp which is also like-new condition. I do not plan on selling out of the LA/OC/Inland Empire area unless the buyer is willing to pay for shipping.

good choice

Yeah, I know where I can get a brand new SG Classic (think Live at Leeds) for $750- GC/MF has 'em at $1000. I already have some basic cosmetic upgrades planned for a more period-correct look, and plan on upgrading the electronics a bit too. Nothing flashy on either count.

Oh yeah, I'm also selling my amp (Frontman 25R) for $100 alone or an extra $50 with the guitar. I should also mention the guitar includes a FREE TKL hardshell case.
