Musicians in general seem to be troubled in some way shape or form. Even the very best and brightest have baggage. It must have something to do with a creativity gene.

My new cover band has just gone through 2 drummers and it is tough to find any quality people in my rural neck of the woods. I feel your pain.

There was a study done a few years ago that concluded a few things along those lines.

Apparently, in multi-child families, the youngest tends to be the most 'artistic', while at the same time the youngest also tends to be the most irresponsible and wayward in life.

Go figure, I'm the youngest of 5 lol.
