Between the Heart and the Synapse - The Receiving End of Sirens
On Letting Go - Circa Survive
Come Now Sleep - As Cities Burn

Vocals (Individuals, not albums, sorry):
Matthew Bellamy
Casey Crescenzo
Anthony Green
Cody Bonnette

Back in Black
Blizzard Of Oz

Oh damn.. There's so many hahaha.

Kiss: Alive 1&2 -Ace Frehley made me want to play guitar.

AC/DC: Back in Black - first album I started learning how to play chords. Learned the whole album.

Journey: Captured - I hung out with Steve Perry a few times when I was a kid. That really became my motivation to be a musician more than anything. He's an awesome person. I played this album until it died of natural causes. Vinyl and needles not exactly a good combination for kids.

David Lee Roth: Eat 'em and Smile- My first real introduction to Steve Vai's playing. Freakin' blew me away.

KORN: Self titled - Fieldy was one of my best friends in high school. Eventually I moved to HB and lived with a couple of the members. I got to be a part of them going from garage to stardom. Obviously a huge influence. (and the music isn't half bad either )

Tool: Aenima - Tool has been my favorite band ever since I heard this cd. Maynard has been my favorite singer for years, even his solo stuff get's me motivated.

Obviously I could name a lot more and why. But I would say that these were my biggest influences.

Thumbs up for Tool, MetallicA and Megadeth.
I must say that the albums Dirt and Facelift by Alice In Chains changed my understanding of singing and harmonies.

word up. to me, those albums (as well as a number of others from teh mighty 1990s) broke the rules of how a song should be constructed and sound.

one album that id cite as an influence: "Moving Pictures" from Rush.
