Not playing over here (Sigh)

But, I am going to a studio to record with this great musician. He has almost all the instrumentals laid for "White Rabbit" and Monday (so far) I am going over to record my vocals. So I will have at least another song to post. One that is hopefully better made than what I have up.

We'll see how it works out.

Good luck with your new venture, just curious what kind music or genre will you be playing?

Well, honestly, I set out to do a fusion thing..leaning toward not quite a rock band per se, but once & a while goin all out...just with some cool Irish instrumentation as well as guitars etc

But, lately, in talking things over with my seniour band manager (my wife), I'm seriously considering scrapping the original idea in favor of performing her music.

She writes some amazing stuff, that if done in a full band setting, would be really powerful. & I would of course sneak in pipes, whistle, bodhran etc
It's probably not of huge interest around here, as it's purely Christian/worship stuff..but I'll be glad to share once we've got stuff goin..
Actually, she did write the short piece I'm playing in my profile...which is sorely in need of updating btw.

soooo, with all that said, I guess I'm gonna go back to the fellows to whom I pitched my original rockier idea to, and see who's in.

That's the state of the state tinite.
