Ah, I see. In that case, I can give you a short guide on how to do it yourself.
Open this link in a separate page. Link: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/
Click on the green button saying "Download" or so
A message will prompt you to "Run" or "Save" a file. Click "Run"
A few seconds later, something will pop up (don't worry it's a good thing). It should say "Extracting.."
Now click "Next," then click on the little box saying that you agree to the terms. You may wanna read em, but I've read em and they're boring. Then click "Next"
    Click "Next" again.
    Finally, click on "Install"

It should take a lil bit to install it, but not too long. If you have any problem while or after doing this, lemme know either here or by email.

I rarely use IE anymore except for cross browser checking when building a web site so when I see this I'm thinking, "What popups?" These are probably third party ad-dons that of course help funding the site through payments.

I cannot understand third parties wanting to place popups in our day and age frankly? We all hate them just as much as SPAM right?

In any case Bandmix are not responsible for what happens on these nasties but it might be worth a word in certain quarters to see if they can remove them?

Safari is not as stable or dependable as Firefox or Opera.
