Hello and welcome,

I'm a lead singer looking to put together a 'tribute band' covering Dio, Maiden, Rush, Queensryche etc.

I've got 5 videos up on YouTube of me covering songs like Heaven & Hell (Black Sabbath), Limelight (Rush), and The Zoo (Scorps).

I'm looking for killer shredders and excellent sticks to form a tribute band in my area. Unfortunately, after about 2 years of searching, (not to mention the initial 'this town is dead' comments), I've only run into guys who want 'butts on the floor', 5 set, 'been there, done that gigs.

I'm looking to put on a great 1 to 2 hour show, and play a circuit of towns in Montana and Wyoming! Not playing to butts bumping on the floor (i.e. The Roof is On Fire), but rather, to fists in the air and horns up!

But, I can't do it without talented musicians! Will travel! I've got the range and the voice, I just need the band!

Certainly, there is ONLY ONE DIO...no disputing that! Just as much as there's only one Geoff Tate, Sebastian Bach, or Geddy Lee.

What I want to do is put together a 'tribute' band (a Tribute to 4 or 5 awesome classic metal bands) and put on a great 90-120 minute show, with the following songs (for starters):
Heaven & Hell
Holy Diver
Limelight
Spirit of Radio
Where Eagles Dare
Flight of Icarus
I Don't Believe in Love
Hallowed Be Thy Name (Iron Maiden)
Invisible (Dio)
Sacred Heart (Dio)

I have a full PA system with a DMX controlled LED lighting array, laser, much more...

Not to mention 1 or 2 original songs thrown in for good measure.

My band name is Sinister Grim (http://www.sinistergrim.com). I am looking for 2 guitarists who can shred (lead & rhythm), a bass guitarist, and a drummer.

My vision is to have the band play a circuit of cities, with a great 90 minute show!
