Just added a bit of Kashmir I found on a cassette, that I did with my buddy from work doing the singing. I must have lost interest as it was never finished. BEWARE a couple of seconds of bad cable hum at the end of the second verse.

Thanks Zip. I've had that chorus for a while and just came up with the verse chords a couple of months ago. I'm a little worried that the way the chorus starts off is a bit too much like "Shenandoah"

I feel it is virtually impossable for our influences and prior musical experince to not bleed into all we do. Sometimes when in the thick of it we play something that sounds and feel good. Then upon hearing it latter it's like oh crap that sounds like such n such, thats why it sounded good.
Maybe not, maybe its simular yes, but it sounded good because it fits so well. After all we cannot play a note that no one has ever played before.
With the possable exception of that R chord I hit from time to time.

Not sure if I ever hit the R chord. I'm pretty good with a "G demolished" though. When I hit a real clunker live, and get the looks, I usually say "cut me some slack boys, I was only off by 1 fret"!

The cover sounds good man.. I always dig your music Dajax.

Your Fender looks nice too man. I just bought a Hotrod Deville 410, and I'm loving it more every day.

My first keyboard amp was an early version of your new Hotrod 410. We called them Fender Super Reverb Amps back then. Mine was a black paneled 2 6l6 version and the little brother to Dajax's awesome 100w twin. I sold mine to Caesar Diaz for 100 bucks! Imagine what a vintage Super tweaked by the "mother of all tube amp techs" would be worth in today's market! No real regrets, however, Magical amps like that belong connected to guitars in the hands of people like you and Dax! (not Farfisas or modern day synths)
I will say that the Super made an excellent amp for my old Honner Clavinet

Damn man. There are people who'd murder for an amp like that. Starting to make sense too. This amp sounds really good. It's my first Fender amp. Stocked with Nos tubes, it's smooth as silk.
