Hello everyone..I joined this site not too long ago and have yet to figure out all of it's uses. My apologies if this has been asked, but why can I not seem to contact people when I do a search and see something I like? It seems to do nothing at all but it asks about paying monthly or etc.....I thought this was a free site??

This is not a free site. You need to pay the fee to contact others, but you can respond to ppl if a paying member contacts you.

Okay... I HATE THE INTERNET!!! It's entire purpose is to make people bankrupt!

There are other sites, some of which cater to your locality. Have you checked out Craig's List? I met a guy there once, & he thought I was awfully cute. I thought it was kinda scary.

I guess its easier to put up an email address on your profile if you are a free customer.

That is the way to do it. BUT type in your email address but use the word "Dot" instead of . and "At" instead of @. From what I understand, that is the way to go.

It is no different from anything else. You can walk into a grocery store with a shopping cart. Everything is free until it is time to check out the store. If you want the groceries, you gotta pay for them. The free part was the store allowing you to walk around the premises.
