It seems to be that if you are a memeber in the uk you are not one inthe USA or CANADA so you cant message people other than your own country...should be universal if you are a premier memeber dont you think?
Also USA memebers can message the UK memebers but not the other way around?? Mmmmm!

Yeah, if that's the way it is for the UK, then that sucks and needs to be changed.
We should be able to message anyone we want, wherever they might be.

I concur, however, it may just be a lil glitch like the one I had for a long while until they fixed it for me. Griping here helped me, let's hope it works for you as well.
