I kinda like it. A bit of 70's feel in this one also. Not bad at all. And the Captain is right as usual. Far more than he has at his fingertips for sure.

I like the lead guitar work. Cool tone and well played.I believe this is one of those kind of tunes that you get to like better the more you listen to it.

I liked the song, man. You've seen quite a few comments on the production, and I generally agree. That being said, I think you've definitely got a workable piece of material there. Pretty catchy (IMO).

Good stuff, the production doesn't do justice to the song but don't let that stop you

thanks for the reviews all!!! it's pretty much exactly what i expected to hear. (too much effects on vocals, lead guitar, but man, it's a real pain in the ass trying to mix my own voice. i'll be posting more new songs as time goes on.

:)

Yeah, that tin sound really takes away from it...did you convert the file at all before posting? I know that does it sometimes. I thought it was good! Even tempo, even pitch...made me think of Tom Petty/Bob Dylanish - only slightly on the Bob part so don't take that the wrong way! lol He did many inventive things on the music front in his time...keep workin' on it! :)

Nice overall, if it's a bit cliche in style.

Won't mention the recording quality. I can see you put a lot of work into it, & almost have it where it should be.

Needs a good bridge to take it elsewhere, imo though, it gets old after a bit.
