This is part 1 in my short series of light-hearted videos about our spines and how to best use them so we can stay active and keep playing well into our old age. It uses some of the information gathered during my PhD research, but don't worry - it's easy to follow.

sound quality on the video is pretty bad. wasn't going to stick around for 10 minutes to listen to that. sorry.

Huh? What's wrong with it?

extremely bad audio and a lagging pace if I recall correctly. I don't have much of an attention span *SQUIRREL!* and you should assume no one else does either these days.

Floss regularly.

Don't wear white after Labor Day.

I could go on...but i feel i already have.
