Half-life of C-137 is 30 years. (15 days in the human body) Sources I can find show that even if you are a wino, you still won't be able to imbibe enough stable Cesium to cause you harm. If you are worried about this, you might want to also give up on shellfish and many apex predator fish due to mercury levels becoming more concentrated as it moves up the food chain.
