HI,

Music with artwork on them, don't appear in the thumbnail.When I plug in my phone to import the photos, all the photos appear with a grey thumbnail.When I transfer them from my phone to the computer they show up (the photo thumbnails).Videos don't have a thumbnail at all. Not on the phone or my computer.[On the preference the thumbnails are set to the size limit which is 4GB and view on all locations.]I was looking around the forum and found I should install ffmpegthumbnailer but that just works for video?

please help
