The worst live performance I've ever seen was...

Twisted Sister, I think back in 1986 at the phila spectrum, 'come out and play' tour. The sound quality was so painfully bad, that I honestly couldn't tell what song they were playing. For 2 hours straight.

I had trouble when I was listening to Nonpoint live at the Buzz Bake Sale, I could not tell what the guy was saying, nor barely what song was playing, the music sounded just like sludge.

It's funny, but most of the bad concert experiences I've had weren't cuzza bad acts, bad performance or bad sound. 90% of the time, for me, a bad concert experience is due to the horrible behavior of the audiences.

Ian Anderson has said that American audiences are the worst behaved that he's experienced. I've seen a guy toss a beer bottle at the performers in Tull...last time I saw him there was this drunk guy sitting right in front of me yelling "Aqualung" & "rock and roll, dude!" throughout the entire show. Pissed me off, it did.

If you go to Wolftrap, near DC, they handle the jerks very well. There's none of that dancing on your chair with your butt in someone's face there.

Next concert I go to, I'll take a Mickey-D's straw & a big bag o' peas, and when they start that crap up I'll just whack 'em in the back of the neck with my lil pea-shooter. Gawd, I hate ppl!

More concert venues should be stricter so that ppl can see & hear the acts they pay so much $ for...I'd be much happier if they did.

Worst show was easy to pick. It was billed as "A Night with Toto." It wasn't. The band consisted of one guy from Toto, a early lead singer and a bunch of German musicians he'd brought over and tried touring with. Not only were they awful but the sound was bad and they did all of two Toto songs the entire night. Stupid me stayed the whole time, kind of like passing a train wreck to see what would happen. It took me ten years just to go back to that venue because I was pissed they didn't refund any money.

the worst show I ever saw live wasn't so much the band's fault, as it was a 5-band ska-fest in Grand Rapids... the final act.. Mustard Plug ... by the time the other 4 bands had played, my girlfriend and I were SKA-ED out so we left

As someone previously mentioned above... I've been at a slipknot show and some guy took a piss on my foot... and when I saw atreyu, I'd just gotten my glasses... well, I was up front, they got knocked off my head and smashed to about 5 pieces... I had to drive home holding one of the lenses over my eye... and it was snowing for the full 2 hr drive back... I had a car of 3 other kids who couldn't drive at the time... talk about shitty... and finally... at a different show, I had my brother, his friend and my girlfriend and we chose to park in some odd parkinglot since I was bing a Chea-Ass and didn't want to pay 3 dollars to park.... turns out we get back to the parkinglot and my car isn't there... it got towed and the jackass wouldn't let me pick it up that night... so I had to call my mom at like midnight and ask her to drive an hour and pick us up and take me back to get my car the next morning so I could pay the $240 ticket... talk about bad... inside the car was all of our wallets, purses, phones and money.

Now you see why I want to do a good clean venue where the sniper will shoot you in the head if you make an ass of yourself. Excuse me miss. May I please have another beer. Why yes, thank you sir.

If you've got a problem with TON you must not be a fan in the first place.

Worst band I ever saw live was a group called A~Z. They came on at the Birmingham Odeon opening for Budgie.

So they walk on...a mist of red smoke on stage....this awesome guitar riff playing....... however...this was a backing tape and not the actual group, when they started playing it was like 300 cats fighting at night......they finished the first song and got everything thrown at them......they then walked off stage.

ok ok, ozzfest last year! LORDI! they were on the main stage and the first act there as well. first time i have ever heard them. they came out looking cool as hell like they were about to get in a battle in a lord of the rings movie, but once they started playing and stuff like i found out that was officially the worst act ever. i honestly thoguht Hannah Montana was more applicable to play at ozzfest then them. i mean those guys were so bad. i thought ok maybe its jsut them live but no, downloaded a few songs, and they really do suck like that lol.

there's been so many shitty bands both on the second stage and the main stage at ozzfest that it's almost impossible to say which one was the most awful.
