Your video is not good enough.

You need to go out and buy a cannon vixia hfr 700 $199.00 video camera with a mic and line input and plug into a mixing board for better sound and picture.

Thanks in advance

Love RG

Next time, put the camera back a bit so we can see your head!

I never got into DADGAD either. Drop D or Double drop D are about the only alternate tunings I have ever used. It' s like speaking a 2nd language to me (which I am totally unable to do, although I can read some French).

I play standard E, open D, DADGAD & a secret tuning I'm not giving away.
I think Joni Mitchell is Queen of the multiple tuning thing. Then there's Sonic Youth, Michael Hedges, Neil Young (check out ATGR), Blood Ulmer..........................

don't forget Albert Collins who played in open Gm!!!!! WTF?? he sure sounded pretty damn good tho.

yeah, Joni is the Queen of open tunings for sure....huge fan here. i've tried messing w DADGAD but only could come up w the same usual cliches that often plague that tuning. maybe i should spend more time w it. or not.

besides standard, i play in "gtr G" D G D G B D, and on dobro "dobro G tuning" G B D G B D

i keep one of my Supro lap steels in the "gtr G" tuning above, and the other is in C6 tuning C E G A C E

i've messed w open C tuning on 5 strng banjo but it's easier for me to get my head around the standard open G tuning for that instr.

and then of course i have to keep my brain wrapped around playing in fifths tuning on mandolin.

BTW...i just put up an easy and fun A7add9 tuning in the "tip of the day" thread.
