Jon Soltz, an Iraq War veteran and Chairman of the progressive VoteVets.org, called Trump's comments "horrible" but "not shocking.

"We're talking about a person, in Trump, who believes that POWs aren't real heroes, and that he's made sacrifices akin to Gold Star Families who lost their loved ones in war," Soltz said in a statement. "The constant disrespect Donald Trump shows towards our veterans and service members is sickening, and completely and totally disqualifying."

and how many salaries have you provided to families? Trump has supplied many families with incomes that allow them to buy the necessities in order to maintain life.. I give him points for that fo' sure..

as it so happens, i've done far more for the families of soldiers and those in the service than Trump ever has.

you know why? because unlike that tax dodger, I PAY TAXES that actually support our troops and help their families.

....the taxes I'VE PAID go to help low income families and those in need. the taxes I'VE PAID go to help Veterans.
the taxes I'VE PAID go to the salaries for everyone who works on our roads. and in our schools.
