Anyone looking for a guitarist or looking to set up a band (something a bit dark and noisy, down-tuned, possibly a bit proggy) in the Leeds area?
I've been out of it all for too long for various reasons and I need to get back writing and playing again.
I've been playing for about 20 years, have gear, transport and plenty ideas that are good to go.
I'd be happy to join something that's already going, or to set up something from scratch. Not a massive fan of listing my music tastes, but I suppose I'd probably say that influences for the project I have in mind would combine elements of Tool, Soundgarden, Deftones, Radiohead, Baroness, early Biffy, Down, QOTSA, just to name a few. That said, I'm pretty open to musical direction.
