willie is the doctor.. just because he might not be in a position of authority does not mean that willie needs to be looked at as a cash cow by some doctor that does not even abide by the hippocratic oath..doctors are only in it for the money, anybody nthat can't see through that is a sad sack..doctors quit being real doctors in the 1960's or thereabouts.. they will milk you dry if you let them.. :)remember getting a housecall from Dr. Sage in 1969 when I had a mysterious disease that made me go into a coma for 4 days.. a dozen eggs and a gallon of milk with cream rising to the top was sufficient pay when a doctor was a true doctor..

Mr. Jookeyman,

When someone's behavior or lifestyle bothers you immensely, it's an example of what Martha Beck calls the "You Spot It, You've Got It Syndrome." You are bothered by another's traits, because you actually have them, but won't admit it.

Ever watch someone complain about another person hogging all the limelight? It's usually a person who wants to have a lot of attention, but won't openly admit that about themselves.

The shadow must be acknowledged, and indeed, embraced, according to Jung, otherwise the projections of the shadow self onto others can allow us to cause great harm and suffering to occur to others.

Whenever we label something as "bad," whether that is a quality we dislike, or a person we do not respect, there is then the potential to feel vindicated in dehumanizing a person or attempting to eliminate them, and pretending that we are "all good, all just, all right."

Jung would say "Own your stuff. All of it." At least, that's what I think he would say. He would say it much more eloquently. If you hate, then admit it. Then you can own it and deal with it. If you are jealous, then admit it. Then you can own it and deal with it.

The healthiest individuals are able to "own their stuff." They know their strengths AND their weaknesses, and it's okay to acknowledge them instead of deny them

Dayne, I'll call out willie all day and night for his stupid antics and that doesn't mean I'm guilty of the same things as him. You see me or anyone else trying to disrupt open conversation on this forum the way willie does?

The smiley posts. The photo posts. All the other antics he pulls. He's a very low quality human. Anyone trying to tell me otherwise can just keep their judgements and psychobabble to themselves, thank you.

I was looking at the problem..(if you insist willie has a problem?) LOL, scientifically rather than scripturally.. the science of psychology is very real, as Jung points out everyone of us has a "SHADOW" which is a term for the dark side.. he even points out that creativity is probably nurtured or developed within the "dark side".. maybe this explains the best creators of art are afflicted with pyschcological problems for the most part.. (bad habits, peculiar behaviors, obsessive compulsive disorders etc.)

This is from a man that endorsed Hitler. Think about that one.
And Nietzsche?? Don't even get me started on that subject.
Nihilism's finest hour. :?

Henry Ford endorsed Hitler too, so what relevance does this have to psychiatry?

I did not understand the logic when you stated "Jung endorsed Hitler" as if in him doing so, would make him a less competent psychoanalyst?..that was all.. I did not see the connection there? :D

i couldn't care less about this useless willie chump, so i have no need to diagnose or speculate about him, or his mental state.

he bores me $hitless, so the only time i'll waste on him is reporting him every time he pops his head out of his a$$ in yet another childish effort to disrupt.

he's brought nothing but sand to the beach as long as he's been here. i see no reason to waste any time w his pathetic bids for attention.....they're boring, trite, and childish.

y'all do as you see fit.....me, i'm gonna ignore the troll and deprive him of that which he craves most...attention.

now...who wants to talk music? 8)

well if the offer by my willie still stands, the offer that said, if we can guess who he really is and he will leave, (but I have no problems with my willie since he is not threatening my life) I guess he is Cliffy.. :D ..how did I do willie?.. but please don't go, you are just as valuable of person as the next guy.. :)

As Nietzsche once noted: “One must have chaos in oneself to be able to give birth to a dancing star.” I say unto you: you still have chaos in yourselves. Alas, the time is coming when man will no longer give birth to a star. Alas, the time of the most despicable man is coming, he that is no longer able to despise himself"...
