Pictures or it never happened!

On facebook there is this one clown - guy who showed up at a bunch of open mics, including the one I was running 2 years ago, and eventually got banned by them all because he's such an a$s. He brings a bank of foot pedals (and run every effect at the same time on his guitar), and MP3 player a voice helicon device - wanted to hook them all up during the early set up time, and leave them there in the way the whole night.
So he starts mouthing off on a whole bunch of people's posts yesterday, including my post of this song video. He's saying that Orlando (and Sandy Hook, etc) were all "stage" events done by the gun control people to 'take away everyone's guns'. Really? Have you heard anyone else spouting such nonsense? Not even by the anti-law guys here!

Keeping it musical, the guy posted it as a reply to my video. You really can't think that the pro-gun control laws faction would set up a mass shooting to get laws pushed through, can you? Or that it wasn't real? (Orlando or Sandy Hook)

I'm staying away from the nut farm these days.

Back to the song - I did a little research on mass shootings in the US while penning this song (hence the references in verse 3).
Already have a good suggestion to strengthen up the bridge lyrics, I won't get into the studio for this one for quite some time - I have 3 other songs to track for the next album, which I'm trying to have ready by December. Then this one is the 3rd of the recent writings

I've done a lot of research myself, Mike.
Negligent doctors and nurses kill more people than guns.
I almost lost my wife on 3 different occasions due to medical negligence.
And these were supposed to be highly rated physicians in their fields.
#3 killer in the US behind cancer and heart disease.

If you feel strongly about it, then write a song about it! Of course doctors and nurses save a lot of lives, too - how many lives do guns (actually those using them) save?

My song is really about gun violence and unnecessary killings. It's not about 'taking away your guns' like all the anti-control people keep harping about.
