Allen, I definitely respect your opinion and enjoy reading your posts. I would hate to see you leave Bandmix. One of the reasons I have a paid membership is to read posts from kowledgable people like yourself. Hope to continue to see your posts here from time to time. Samich and I have had our differences... and for the most part I have observed a "stay away from ppul u dislike demeanor" towards him.
As far as I've seen: these people that are "driving away the real talent" are simply people who are doing little more than disagreeing with each other -and perhaps being a bit arrogant in their discourse.
No one is saying you can't be as nice as you like... but when you start blaming your inability to find people to work with on the presence of certain members who aren't "playing nice"... and you start sounding like you want to make this "your club" where you get to decide who gets in based on how serious they are... then I'm going to step in and call you a poopy head.

Heehee.... funny....my wife asks me the same question from time to time... Maybe the fact that I was given up at birth and put into a foster home immediately could account for the fact I'm trying desperately to obtain what I didn't get as an infant!
