any hoops fans around here who are into this?

what do you think is gonna happen tonight (Fri) in game 4?

I've got a friendly $10 bet that GS takes the series. after the first two games i was pretty sure the Cavs were gonna get swept.

my prediction...tonight Curry and Thompson put up some big numbers and Kerr is going have GS spreading the floor a lot better than they did in last games blow out. not sure if it's gonna be blow out but GS takes 'em tonight.

I'm bummed that i'm at the truckstop tonight and have an earlier gig as well w no TV's within easy view at either place! . )-:

You and I are seeing this thing the same way. I think the Warriors were sandbagging in Game 3 because they don't want to embarrass LeBron too much...but that ends now.

They take the next 2 games and it won't be close.

I really thought it would be over last night....even w/o Green. But damn, that was an amazing performance from Irving last night.

my call.....GS takes 'em on Thurs in Cleveland but i think it'll be a close game. there's only so many games you can count on winning when 82 of your points comes from just two players.

i gotta gig on thurs but i should be within good viewing distance of a big screen.

Yea, when Bogut went down things started unraveling. The Warriors started missing a lot of shots, and even Steph was playing below his average. Some of it was good defense, but most of it seemed like just pushing too hard.

With Green back in the lineup that all changes. The only difference in the way you and I see this is that I think GS wins by 15+

Could be, maybe so.

Bogat out of the lineup could actually be an advantage for GS. they'll miss him clogging up the lane and his shot blocking, but then again....they'll have to go small from the jump. Cavs do ok when they go small but not like GS.

and whoda thunk it?

I can't feature GS dropping three in a row, but then again.....

i thought Kerr did a real poor job coaching.....what was he thinking letting Varejo and Ezele play those kind of minutes? They produced and contributed nothing. He should have put Livingston in much earlier. and if he wanted a big, why not go w Spaets? i don't believe Spaets ever got off the bench.

still, congrats to to the Cavs and their fans. quite a feat they pulled off. Yeah, Lebron ended up w great stats but i think you could make an argument for Irving being MVP.

I was so amazed by Irving's play (especially that banked in layup) that I had to google him, he was trained at Duke..that figures.. I am really not much of a basketball fan like you all here, but try to watch the most "important" games of the year.. that Irving was so greasy it was incredible.. :D

Wow....guess we got that one entirely bassackwards!?

Congratulations to Cleveland for breaking their perennial loser streak.

He did that because of all those ticky-tack "fouls" that the refs were calling to put the Warrior stars in danger of ejection.

You telling me he didn't get that??

another travesty from the NBA

nah...that doesn't make sense. how would that affect what the refs did and didn't call? ...green, curry, and thompson all played big minutes. i'd really like know Kerr's reasoning for not bringing in Livingston earlier and not using Spaets when he had played well in previous games.
