I'm glad that's over with, for this year. Next year, I'm hoping we do 'something different' rather than try to adapt Beatles songs to our 4-person style.
The songs with the girl singing didn't do quite as well- she had no tpracticed (enough), had been sick so her voice was unsteady and there were sound issues, too.
Back to looking for an acoustic band...

You guys can laugh it up all you want but I've made money playing bass in bands when the next SRV was sitting at home practicing in front of a mirror!!

For sure, a bass player willing to lay back and provide the solid low end of a good rhythm section can always get work.
