I gotta roll with Planet on this one. Prince was a highly talented musician and songwriter and produced a lot of work in his lifetime. I just never cared for most of it. Techno-pop is one of my least favorite styles and Prince boilerplated it.

My favorite Prince memory was his hall of fame performance with Tom Petty doing While My Guitar Gently Weeps. It was an epic solo that fit perfectly into that moment in time. Everybody else was playing it really straight and Prince just let the dogs out. Tom kept looking over like "is he done yet? Nope, going around again!" :D I loved that one.

I hear you yod about the hydrocordone, once addicted hard to stop, but the real issue is the stuff shucks out your liver over time.. it's the damage the drugs do to the vital organs..over time that is, even if you don't OD :cry:
