The simple truth is; if you want to make the world a better place than change the laws. If a person commits a crime and goes to jail. The family members are to feed and cloth that person or they just simply die behind bars. The burden needs to be put on the mother and father for raising the dumb f**k. They do it in Japan and the crime rate is almost zero. I lived there for 10 years and it was beautiful. Hundreds of millions of dollars would be saved.
