Mike I still listen to your cd I bought off you, just wanted you to know I still like it.. are you still doing the open mics? if you are, that would be a great place to play your new songs.. think you said once Boston is strict about busking in the public, so that's probably not an option..

Dayne - the open mic I was running in New Hampshire since June is taking a winter hiatus - the club wanted to reduce their BMI/ASCAP/SECAM licensing fee for a while, so have cut back to music 3 nights a week. Will wait and see if they want to start it again in the spring. I wasn't looking forward to driving there during the snowy winter to run the OMs. In the warm weather it wa sice, as they had a big overhead door that opened up to a patio area. They're still not drawing in much of a 'regular' crowd, either (I think location and lack of dedicated parking is a big part of it).
I'll do one of my originals tonight at an open mic run by some friends. Going to try to find a playing partner/band one more time after the holidays - I had stopped my searching after wasting weeks with two different guys earlier this year.

A few more days to d/l for $0 from bandcamp (link in original post). There are some excerpts of songs on my BM player.

Almost sold out of my batch of CDs! Going to be playing a feature set at an upcoming jam as a 'CD Release Party' and have the house band join me on one of my older songs, then do the new stuff acoustically. Should be fun!
