Democrats vanishing future

One of the most underappreciated stories in recent years is the deterioration of the Democratic bench under President Obama's tenure in office. The party has become much more ideologically homogenous, losing most of its moderate wing as a result of the last two disastrous midterm elections. By one new catch-all measure, a party-strength index introduced by RealClearPolitics analysts Sean Trende and David Byler, Democrats are in their worst position since 1928. That dynamic has manifested itself in the Democratic presidential contest, where the bench is so barren that a flawed Hillary Clinton is barreling to an uncontested nomination.

Ahhhh ... the play on words was utterly missed by you ... I deliberately used "jest" and it seems that it has aided in proving my point even further than I thought it would. I think that the "deranged" you refer to are those who ignore the very simple Truth around them ... even when it is pointed out by the likes of Yod and myself and others. I have no intention of trading insults with you and shall let you wallow in your blindness. Know that I truly have sympathy for you in that you prefer by choice to remain blind ignoring the reality and Truth which whirls about you. But after all what i speak of is only the ramblings of the deranged ... me it seems ... to you.

I wish you the very best in what is now upon us and may you be as "happy" and well disposed as you now are up until demise. I suppose that it might not make any difference if one is an aware and awake pawn or a sleeping, ignorant one on the great board ... but relating to what befalls us all afterwards ... well that is quite another matter.

At least you are "honest" in your feelings. I thank you and do enjoy your sense of humour at times in your Posts upon the threads of this Great Forum .

I find it amusing when the only defense is personal attack with out any valid argument.

If I were you guys I wouldn't worry about the Democrats. I would be more concerned that your party has a bunch of nothings all vying for a shot in 2016 and not one who stands out or has a real chance.

Looks like Rand Paul single-handedly defeated the Patriot Act. That makes him a hero to me...whatever Party he is in. Gutless Republicans and treasonous Democrats should have backed him up.

I'm under no delusion that the Fed will actually follow the law now, but at least it will be illegal to spy on all of us so they can't admit their crimes.
