from factcheck.org (for those who find FACTS more important than propaganda)

Q: Do 11 states now have more people on welfare than they have employed?

A: A viral email making this claim is off base. It distorts a Forbes article that compares private-sector workers with those “dependent on the government,” including government workers and pensioners, and Medicaid recipients — not just “people on welfare.”

Now the church of satan wants to place a monument along with the 10 comandments. These people are the ones Jesus talked about when he said to pray alone. They only want everyone to see how pious they are.

and now you proudly display more of your typical neocon double standards that you always roll with....

sorry bro. if you feel that threatened and get this bent outta shape cos I don't share your views put me back on ignore as you did before.

let's face it, nothing says "I feel secure in my beliefs and ability to make my case" as putting your hands over your ears and yelling " I CAN'T HEAR YOU! NAH, NAH, NAH, NAH"

that's what all fully growed up men do, right?

that's fine....great use of a message board! please continue to post YOUR views... but put up walls, stuff your ears w cotton, and wear blinders to others who feel differently.

tell ya what...if I was that insecure and small minded I'd have 90% of BM on ignore.

but I'm not threatened by...or scared of different views.

and I certainly wouldn't want to miss out on all the great non political (musical) stuff those w different political and religious views have to share.

(Talbot, George, Yod are just a few who come to mind)

it's sad that you feel so ill equipped and incapable of making your case.

whatever. I accept the terms of your surrender.

if Oklahoma is so correct in it's thinking politically, then why is God and His Son Jesus directing so many tornadoes, wildfires, earthquake warnings, their way.. God is punishing them because the people are one with this world and it's ruler, the spirit of the air...

It's been said that when things are just dandy, God seems to whisper to us.

But when the SHTF we hear Him loud and clear...

Even believers often seem to think that God will make their lives one big happy event. CS Lewis wrote, "He is your heavenly father. Not your heavenly grandfather."

In the old testament we see, "Happy is he chastised by to Lord."

Tornadoes hit in the places where tornadoes are most apt hit. Doesn't matter a darn bit if it's Christians or Buddhists who live there.

This life is no cakewalk for anyone. That's why the Prosperity Preachers make me so angry. Telling people God wants them to be rich. Yep. Just like Paul and Peter and Haggai and all the rest were just bleeding bucks.

This current world is a rough place. Mature Christians know this, and in the words of our cynical but brave modern soldiers, "Embrace the Suck."
