Yep, you can get much more exposure.
Youtube has a reach that something like reverbnation can only dream of. For one, it has a larger, worldwide user base, and secondly, when people are on youtube, they are there to be entertained in general and can stumble on to your video even if they didnt set out to hear music in the first place.
It can't hurt by putting a video or two together.
It won't necesarily get popular or blow up, but it sure can in a hurry.
