Would like to introduce myself with some music I have made. Just trying to get people to listen in the only ways I know how. Would like to collaborate with people who have similar tastes, but...eh.

Welcome, usual newbie advice:
Get some music loaded on your profile (MP3s to play without downloading), most people don't come to these forums when they're looking for others.
You need to put contact info in yoru profile, too, and must hide the email address (like 'ME at YAHOO dot COM') or it will get deleted. Only premium members can send messages.
And get some details in your profile - type of music you do, etc etc.
