Progressive Country artists Soles of Passion are looking for;
Female acoustic guitar player that can sing harmonies with Myla Snow, along with backup vocals, and lead vocals as needed.
Age – 22- 45 (not sure about this)
Genre – Original Progressive Country with Classic Rock influences. Some selected covers
Comp – Minimum compensation = $50/rehearsal & $100/show. Higher box office will equal higher wages per show. We will always be fair, and
will be generous whenever possible
Rehearsal - Los Angeles, CA, but can be flexible
Location- with virtual technology for right person
Gig goals- To continuously booked and working
Instruments- Acoustic 6 and 12 strings, Electric 6 and 12 strings also a plus. Soles of Passion can provide some instruments if necessary
Amps -Rehearsals, amps should be provided at rehearsal spaces. Gigs may depend on venue. Personal attachment to personal amps no problem
Hours - Rehearsals ave 2 – 4 hours per expected Gigs; sets can be as short as a few songs, or as long as a full set (45mins – 1.5hrs)
Nonsmokers preferred, no drug issues or attitudes please. Professionals only!

In the 90's there was a scene in Nashville that called themselves Alt-country. It was just an old timey throwback.
