General Music Chat

Hi all.
I am a songwriter/guitarist and write in the Alternative/Hard Rock genre, or so i've been told. I completed a 10 track album a couple months ago and posted it to Soundcloud. I am looking for an established band in the same genre who would be interested in taking my music to a higher level or even making it their own. I have a further 6 albums worth of material. Not my genre, so will refrain from commenting on the music itself,. but I think you are going to have a tough time finding a band who wants to perform YOUR music, rather than their own. I'd suggest starting your own band, or finding one you can join.

Also not my preferred genre' .
Though I hear a lot of this style amongst the younger guys.
What will differentiate your music from the hoard ?
This is a question we all must consider.
