Mike that looks just like the LP standard I had in 1978 (it had chrome pickup covers) I really liked that guitar. I had to sell it to pay the Dr. for delivering my first son in 1980. Kris is now 32! He came over last night. I grilled LOTS of steak. We drank some beers and ate til we were sick! Every now and then when he is over and we are joking around I look at him and say.... "I got screwed I want my Les Paul back"

Make him buy you a new one.
"There's no free rides, son. You owe me a Les Paul."
With interest, it should come with a Marshall stack.

Holy smoke...we've got grown kids!

As George Thorougood put it, "We're adults now!"

And I'm not sure I like it.

My girlfriend's kids are grown, with kids of their own.
Sh!it, that almost makes me a grandparent by default.

I may be old enough to have grown kids (41), but I started late. Mine are just 4 and 6. So I still get to feel like I'm a young parent. ;)
