I just lost mine (along with wife and new car) but I'm renting a fine place (alone) and dealing with it pretty well.

Nothing like owning a place though.

Buy another one before you remarry (if that should ever happen) ...That way, they cant take it from you if you go through another divorce...

Live Well Die Well

Thanks Vampier... My creativity will soon be tied up on a new music Project. :)

Starting in January, I am to convene with 3 other very talented blues musicians . We will embark on a song writing spree and develop enough material to do a 1.5 hour open act for an up coming blues festival... I'm very excited. These guys are gonna smack me around to get me in shape for performance quality/ presentation mode.. I, In turn will brutalize any music we throw at each other.. It outta be Fun! :)

If I ever feel like getting married again I'll just find a woman I don't like and buy her a house and a car - then keep moving on.

That doesn't work in a state with community property laws - like Massachusetts. She owns half of everything, no matter when you bought it, unless you and she signed a pre-nup defining possessions otherwise.

I almost got married once and I asked her to sign a "prenup", since I have nothing...I want to leave with nothing if she bailed on me.

I got, "it sounds like you are planning for a failed marriage".

I said, "honey your family has everything..and you only stand to gain".

Needless to say she got pissed and down the road I went..lol

Ignore list is under the main part of your profile, there's a whole tab.

Just bring it up, and click that red x under his name to take him off.

(I had to do that with Mike after he started to be worth reading..) (muah) lol
