ETU had engaged the band-vista site in good faith and they had proved themselves to be grossly negligent and Indifferent. He has every right to be outraged.

Now, There is indeed... humor in all of this. But, like premature wine...the spirits aren't lingering where the grapes and the toes have just only met.

JC, Its all in the timing... Mangled grapes must be afforded the time to acclimate. Let the grapes settle first. The result will be a bouquet of ripe acknowledgement, where indeed, the right-click fk in the ass will even make ETU laugh about it at some point in the future. For now, ETU has reached out to his BM pals and we should afford him all the due respect and support that we ourselves might expect.

True, I do come here when I have music-based problems and with everyone's help I usually can overcome them. Not sure what JCP61's problem is and what warranted his diatribe, and I really could care less. Fortunately there's the handful of you here that are productive and of great assistance in times of need.

After bringing it up on here, accosting BandVista's FaceBook page, emailing them relentlessly and summoning Belial from the depths of Hades!! BandVista has admitted to the problem, is having their programmer(s) work on it, and settled with me with a suitable reimbursement.

I notified several other BandVista artists about this negligence, I'm sure they all had a canary and got on BV's case as well, which only helped the situation and sped things along.

I like it when people do that to my face. They often carry a surprised expression on their face afterwards.

I aspire to be decent and level headed but more often it's easy to fall off that wagon into the bellicose. (I'm more comfortable there than anywhere else because there's nothing to interpret and the rest is a natural act.)

The basic premise that you can say what you want depends on the idea that no one will call you on "writing checks your ass can't cash".

The only thing that stopped me from going was that the offender got on the phone with me and it was talked out.

I just started with bandvista and found it alot more easy and helpful than most other sites. Im only new so cant comment either way but as for the link mp3 to buy songs i know one thing. thats your main income as it were. I would have gone to your own site and bought a copy to make sure it works. I see your dillema but you musnt have checked.
Its sucky but simple little mistakes like these can cost alot. I hope it works out but, lesson learnt. go through what others are looking at cause from a web builders perspective it looks alot different with access etc.

No music = no clue = no right to comment intelligently on this subject.
