Oh yeah...what the hell is a MULLET?????

No, for real, I've never heard of that one and have wondered for a long time.

The first time I remember you mentioning that one I had this mental picture of someone with a fish on his head...

Billy I live in the Clear Lake area of course I know what a mullet is (the fish). I don't know who coined the phrase mullet when whomever developed the hairstyle that I wear! It is a hairstyle mostly worn by folks from the south. However not many still exist! It is when you grow the back of your hair long and have the sides and top cut short hence the phrase business in the front and party in the back! LMAO!

If you have the hair to do it J ... run with it ... I recently shaved my head because the only hair I had left was a 2ft long ponytail and that started to look like an old dogs tail .... but you are a lot younger that me

plus you get the benefit of enough hair in the back for a good "comb over" to hide baldness..

I teased my older brother about his hair turning silver...He looked at my lil bald spot in the back and told me; "Better to turn silver than to turn loose..."

It turns out that when doing a mixdown I have to turn the volume down on the speakers so I can get the fader levels at optimum levels! I was keeping those faders to low because the volume on my speakers was unusually high thus tricking my ears to thinking the volume was fine.

I just listened to these tunes Jeff. They both sound great and I wouldn't change a thing. Keep rockin' man!

I knew that, why do you think I made the comment? lol anyone from anywhere near Houston should know what a mullet is...I don't think there are any caves around there one can live in...not that I remember anyway...I guess maybe if you never came out of the underground tunnel system in downtown...

Back in the 60's when I was a boy my mom used to send us to summer camp put on by the Y.M.C.A. Once a week they used to take us to clear lake to do crabbing. I'll never forget one of the other boys (a landlubber) reached into the lake with his net to catch a crab he had lured with a string and bacon. As he reached in with the net 2 mullet fleeing a predator swam into his net, he jumped up saying "I caught 2 flying fish, I caught 2 flying fish" to which I replied no dummy you caught 2 mullet!
