Thanks P!

I was thinking on this some last night actually-

That I hear a lot "I'm voting for this guy to keep that guy out of the office"- lesser of two evils...

Like you, I'm so sick of hearing it. But I also realized, there's another element out there also fueled by propaganda that tells people that they are "wasting" their vote if they vote 3rd party.

The funny thing is that every time it gets repeated, it becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy- People don't get it that the ONLY reason that 3rd party will lose this next election is because the american public as a whole, but more importantly as individuals, can't overcome their own self-fulfillment of such a prophecy.

It's just sad and disheartening to watch.

I'm registered green, and voting for Jill Stein. I don't care if she loses, like you said-- I'd vote for Mickey Mouse over these fukin clowns the democrats and republicans are giving us.

You're welcome.

I've seen this for years, and gotten into several arguments over it. I've even refused to vote at all when there were no decent choices, and had people vehemently insisting that I had no right to complain if I didn't vote. But I didn't help some corrupt bastard give us another push closer to hell and I'm not ashamed of that.

Yeah, politicians have done a lot of damage. But the people have allowed it. Period.

Say whatever you want folks, if you don't like Obummer and his policies, WE THE PEOPLE put him there. Ditto for every single one of the corrupt, lying politicians you can name. Don't like it? Vote them out. I wish Ralph Nader were running. It may be considered a "wasted vote" by some, but I'd vote for him again. What did we get? More Bush...not good...then Obummer...even worse.

Unfortunately we're the minority. Most people will continue to stay with the prevailing two parties for just the reason you noted.

That's very similar to the brainwashing comment I made. and that's the way the brainwashing is being done. Repeatedly telling you nobody else has a chance until you believe it. Self perpetuation of a myth that only the big two have any answers. So far they haven't shown me any solutions, just more problems.

I don't know enough about any of the alternatives, I admit, but I do know the big two are not the solution, they're the problem. We seriously need an alternative...or three...

Jill Stein is running on the green ticket this year, and I believe is on the ballot in 44 states so far.

She's got a solid record and platform.

Two things can be said of a fool.

His rational is flawed, therefore truth remains beyond his grasp. A fool never learns.

Problem is that everyone in the USA has been brainwashed into saying that against each other, rather than opening their minds and dropping their bias.

I think blind loyalty and partisanship play more into the irrationality than mere foolishness. People need to realize that their interests are no longer being served by either of the major parties.

It is not blind loyalty but a NECESSITY to get a tyrant out of office. A tyrant that ONLY CARES about giving a fair shot to folks that want to set on their butts and have everything handed to them on a silver platter. Also an agenda of making the U.S. part of the NWO!

well he's carried and extended the exact same policies as GWB. You think trading one tyrant for a different tyrant is going to change anything? It hasn't so far, except for the worse.

but it doesn't matter, it's the same policies!!

What is so different today than when GWB was in office? Nothing except that fascism is one step closer to completion, but it's progress has been consistent through the last 5 presidents.. so again, nothing has changed.

One tyrant for another. You are arguing semantics and ignoring that.

It does matter. Unless you're rich, a racist or both there is no good reason to vote for Romney.

Um, GWB invaded 2 countries, costing us trillions.

GWB bailed out wall st.

It's been 4 years, two of which the dems controlled congress. So why didn't they take your guns already?

..because they are not going to. You have been manipulated into thinking they will so that you will vote the way they programmed you to. I know already that you won't disappoint them.

Things are starting to look up. Home prices are rising, the stock market is riding high, unemployment is slowly but surely falling. You're a smart guy Kramer, don't waste your vote.

Um, GWB did invade 2 countries with the FULL support of Democrats including Hillary Clinton. You see there was an event you libs seem to have forgotten it was called 9/11 and we ALL wanted to put an end to Terrorism and the Talliban! A grand plan but still worth pursuing at least IMO. The Dems were picking their battle's and were too busy LIEING to us about Obamacare. Obama himself said he wants stricter gun control! With all due respect sir you are blinded by the glow that is coming off your Mesiah!

Iraq was invaded based on faked intelligence. 9/11 was terrible, but it was an isolated event carried out by a small group of terrorists. Kind of like a mosquito biting an elephant.
