I especially enjoyed the sub themes, that you snuck in there. (Right between the beginning of the song and the ending of the song.) :D Even though its overtly about Chevy Caprice, If I didnt know better, I'd say you were really trying to convey Toyota Camry for the 2012 pick

Nice Job of mastery over the bow. Each stroke, drew me closer to Monet impressionism of being impressioned...

Keep up the good work Vinny. I wish you only the finest of carrots for that inner Gerbal that screams to get out... (in a corvette)

I do think the chase scene was pretty cool

Thank you Paperdog!

I used a sustained 13th harmonic of the MetaNote for that section. 8)

Very nice Vinny. Both of those tracks remind me of the sounds that used to run through my head as I was waking up back in my party days. Glad those are gone.

did I just hear a loud gong?

what a generous contribution!

now everyone who comes here can say to themselves with some justification " hey I'm an amateur, but at least I sound better than that violin player guy; I mean, he's awful."

A round of applause boys for the "also ran".

Sounds like that cranky, senile, old plumber's muttering about something over here ... hey JCP61 do you ever see Clabber Girls when you're huffing all that Pipedope?

Thank you Slacker G. Those were the days, boy, huh? ..... I'll bet nothing could wake you up these days!

The plus side is: I know you can play. The down side is: the voices in my head behaved most unpleasantly. It sounds like the symphonies on Aktra Luna 9, they're multidimensional presences simply enjoys all the nuances.

never heard of them

for your information, pipe dope was the collection of oils and solvents left over from milling operations, it had no real set of specifications other than it was very slick;
it was collected from the bottom of drums and containers,
from it you could glean the contents of the milling operation undertaken,
(hence the phrase "give me the straight dope")
it was used to cause the mating of tapered threads in order to insure a complete seal.
it dose not get you high is not aromatic and can not huff it.
so stop sounding like a fool.

and teflon tape as by and far taken over the applications where pipe dope was used.. might be wrong ?

depends on the application
in many cases where an appurtenance might have orifices, capillary tubes, strainers or any device that needs to be free of debris, Teflon can cause more trouble than it solves.

actually, teflon is supposed to be a thread sealant, where as dope is a thread lubricant.

it is a very different animal in reality.

Q: What did the plumber say when he saw pipedope between mating threads... ?

A: Get a room, you two!

Thank you Chaeya!
Sorry about the voices in your head. Whenever the voices in my head start getting too rowdy, the voice in my chest barks at them to "knock that off .. or else!"

I had been considering studying composition at a music academy on Mizar 5 .... but that Aktra Luna 9 sounds more like my kind of place!

Pipedope does not get you high regardless of the dose? .... no wonder they call it "the straight dope"

"tapered threads"

Is that the same thing as a "Zoot suit"?

Why on earth would you want me to stop sounding like a fool?

If that pipedope is not getting you high, then just what is your excuse for sounding like a fool?
