James Holmes apparently committed a vicious ambush. One that even al queda and radical anti Americans will be applauding. But just what were the reasons that lead some 24 year old to do this. Was it the overwhelming need for control over others? Was it drugs? Maybe psychotropic drugs administered by a government attempting to overcome the biggest protection of American freedom. (guns) Maybe we will never know the truth, just as in the case of flight 800, where a perfectly good plane just blew up, into teeny pieces.
Not that it is any solace to any of us, it was not a truly successful ambush. There were survivors, and Holmes was captured.

Looking forward, the same ambush has been laid out for every living American, in a much greater form of deceit, with a much clearer desire for control. Are you going to be one of the many, that are just going to the movies? Think on it....... Will you be a survivor, and will you help capture the traitors? Think on it....

I for one embrace this Forum and those who run it as well as those who participate. ...Glenny, my name is Stephan Buchanan. I thank you for yours. I have "seen" this coming for quite some time and I do hope that The Armie of Seven will grow much larger as things develop. In other words I do have a plan. It centres around music and it's ability to reach and motivate...to Rally as it were. I am pleased that you like my writing and songs. The name of my last production will be "The First and the Last". I first encountered this most excellent title when I read a book by Adolf Galland entitled the same. I was 9 years old the first time I read it. It is one of those collections of words that always stay with you and as you grow and experiece life ... it takes on new meaning. I feel it is approprate in many ways and on many different levels. It also allows me to use any of my past material ... even the earliest. Musically it affords many possibilities as well. It has the mark of a final and powerful statement.

When I write these things I never worry about the length so as a consequence my productions have grown in length over the yeas. 1 hour ... 1 1/2 hours ...2 hours ... 2 1/2 hours ... and 3 hours with "Fallen Angels"(2 CD's). I have a feeling that this last one will be even longer.

My Wife has suggested an "Intermission" Even Fallen Angels was performed without a break. The audiences never complained and actually said it seemed shorter... which I took as a complement.

I am certain you can identify with tending to get a little "carried away". My biggest problem aside from the usual one of finance is Time. I never have had enough time. I even wrote a song about it ...imaginativly entitled "No TIME". I was inspired by Bowie and put it right in the middle of a 1 1/2 hour "electric production. It was just me singing and one acoustic guitar. It was awesome and took everything down while at the same moment increasing the intensity. I love Rock and Roll Suicide by Bowie.

By the way Vinnie is no violinist or musician, he is merely nothing more than a "mosquito" ... a laughing mosquito it seems. Ta

...Very soon I will be posting some music from my first totally original production ..."Only The Strong Survive". I wrote and put this together in the late seventies at the tail end of the actual "Punk" scene there. I was attempting to become politically active...ahh the stupidity of youth. The production was composed on three different levels... Personal...AntiNuclear/Present and Prophetically.

During these last moments in which we now wallow I would urge all the actual musicians to ply their Art in constructive ways to contribute enmasse to address the existing challenges ... or not ? Bickering and insulting is only a part of this process but it is required to an extent. Hence the beauty of this Forum and those who run it...they are most definately doing what they can to encourage and enable it's use in all aspects.

We are all very fortunate on our lives to be here and as we are. I wonder if most realize this ?
