I'll never forget the dirty trick that got pulled on one of my bands way back. It was a Wed. night and we brought everybody we could. The promoter signaled us to cut the set. After we pulled out all of our equipment, she had security lock all the doors. Nice.

Glen, the moment that guy from the fancy bar started begging , was the moment you could have had him by the nuts... If the newbie Bar owner does that, its a cue to insist that he show you the money up front... When he cowers out of it , at least you arentnicked for your time and effort.
