Groupies are a different animal entirely. They try to sleep with you because of who you are, & they happen to everybody (yes, I've had groupies, too!). They don't try to pass themselves off as someone else. Has a woman ever claimed to be, say, Allison Krauss, or an A&R rep for Sony Records (promising connections & industry help) in an attempt to get you into the sack? I'm guessing not.

One time I was playing a gig in Boston, and beautiful blond supermodel came up to me and said, If you have sex with me to-nite, i'll give you a life time supply of Promark 5A wood-tip drumsticks........And i said, No way!...I use 5B's...........Huh...Jokes on her..
