haha man that totally rocked. This reminds me of post-Dokken George Lynch (Guitar Riff/Solo). The instrumentals in that band are so tight and driving. Although, The vocalist is bordering Buttrock. Thanks I enjoyed it.

I had to look up "Buttrock" and this is what I found:

Buttrock

1)A term to identify a band trademarked with cheap, unoriginal song lyrics; the vocalist hiding his lack of vocal talent by producing a deep and 'raspy' voice (i.e. Nickelback, Creed).

2)A term to identify any song composed by a buttrock band or any individual song which possesses buttrock qualities (see def. 1)

3) A term to identify anything, absract or concrete, that is distasteful, poorly concieved or overtly offensive.
1)Dude 1: Don't tell anyone but Lips of an Angel is my favorite song.
Dude 2: Friggin' A dawg! You're a closet buttrock fan!

3) Why is that guy wearing all real-tree camoflauge in the middle of downtown? That is so buttrock!
3a) Your sense of humor is buttrock.[/list]

I thought it was a good performance.
the singer was pretty good, he hit the notes, his mix was bad that's all.
he was too up front.
much better than than the vomit vocal you usually get these days with metal
the guitar player was hot, but his mix was kind of muddy.
not to put it on the guitar player,
there was just a really stark contrast between the vocal and the rest of the band mix-wise.
no harm done though
good job!

Good song - rad solo :)
Singing really is a natural gift - you can learn to sing on key, but tonal qualities are something you're born with and this singer should consider learning an instrument and give up on the vocals. I'm pretty much in the same boat :) But you go with what you have until you can find something better.

Guitars sound like Dio.

Vocal sounds similar to Geoff Tate (Queensryche).

lol You guys can't decide who you want to sound like.

Dio, Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Queensryche, Hellyeah or Godsmack.

I'm sure it will all work itself out in time..gj.

Rockin' tune GT,

I think you got something here and I believe the lead VOX can be saved. Consider sending your raw tracks to this guy for a remix/master and trust his judgement: http://www.blueribbonstudios.com/ Maybe just a vocal overdub when you come to LA.

Kent is a friend in the biz with serious Film/TV/Album credits and he has a taste for the metal. He won't be cheap but he will make your song sound amazing.

So which guitarist are you in the pics? Keith Richards lil brother or the other guy?

:)

The other guy.

Thanks Cajundaddy, I passed it along to Keith's little bro.

Scotty, its still shaking itself out. Not trying to sound like anyone, but there's three rivers of writing that are converging and trying to find a balance.

LOL Relax, it's 3 good rivers.

I am sure whatever you guys turn into, it'll be worth hearing.
(wasn't a criticism)

Come on, where's the rest?
We're still hungry for more !!!
