This song (#1 on my BM player) is more-or-less the title track of the CD I self-released last year. The whole thing was recorded on a little Boss BR600 multi-tracker, wish I was computer recording back then!

Sounds pretty dang good though.
We are kind of spoiled with the ability to micro manage our tracks these days.
I was just reviewing the 4th variation of our new recording.
It is truly amazing what we can do when we have almost total control over levels effects ETC.

Keep posting good music my friend. Much appreciated.

I LIke the way you switched up the guitars... The song Has the flavor of a Tom Petty /Bruce SPringsteen/ The band merge...and yet it sounds like you ;) Nice work.

As always, thanks for the comments.

If I only knew (about recording) then what I know now! For sure limits of stand-alones (bouncing tracks -even when you have 64 virtual tracks, few effects, no automation) are a challenge that can result in sub-par music but its also a great way to learn to record better!

Sub-par music perhaps by the higher standard that you hold yourself to.

Still better than 90% of the crap on the radio these days.

At least I can listen to your songs without wanting to bitch slap the off button.
