One point is that like Bush and Clinton ... certain "things" were put in place to "empower" the office of President and these carry over to the next so aside from the actual individual or puppet the position is all powerful and this power is automatically transferred to the next Dictator/President. So....who ever is elected will become the next Dictator/President/Emperor and have all the power of the previous ones. Very much like ancient Rome. Ta
